OUR STORY

Welcome to Zavurimo. We are a small online shop based in Berlin, and we sell office and business accessories for people who spend their days working, planning and meeting others. Our range includes pen gift sets, planners, desk organisers, card holders, laptop sleeves and document portfolios.

Zavurimo began in early 2026 in Berlin, led by our managing director Ilkin Demirel. After many years around business and working life, Ilkin noticed something simple. The things people use every day at work, like the pen they sign with, the planner they carry or the folder they bring to a meeting, often get very little thought. Yet these small items shape how organised you feel and how you come across to others.

That idea became the starting point for Zavurimo. We wanted to create a shop where professionals, small business owners and anyone with a home office could find practical accessories that look good and are made to last. No clutter and no endless choice, just a carefully chosen range of products we would happily use ourselves.

We believe a tidy desk and a good set of tools make work a little easier. Every product in our shop is chosen with that in mind. We look for items that are useful in daily life, pleasant to handle and suitable for both the office and the home workspace.

Many of our customers also come to us for gifts. A quality pen set, a leather portfolio or a well made planner is a thoughtful way to mark a new job, a promotion or a thank you to a colleague or client. We are always happy when one of our products ends up as a gift that someone keeps using for years.

Zavurimo is based at Kurfürstendamm 201, 10719 Berlin, Germany. Although we work online, we care about every order as if you were standing in front of us. If you have a question about a product, an order or a gift idea, please get in touch with us through our contact page. We will be glad to help.

Thank you for visiting Zavurimo. We hope you find something here that makes your working day a little better.
