RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with every order from Zavurimo. If something is not quite right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you received the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement, for example by email or post, that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form at the end of this page, but this is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14 day period ends.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email us at info@zavurimo.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and any further information you need.
3. Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging, and include your order number or delivery note.
4. Send the parcel back to us no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Please return items unused, complete and with all accessories and gift packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item arrives faulty or we sent you the wrong item, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. Additional costs for a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery, such as insured express shipping, are not refunded.

We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item instead, simply return your original item as described above and place a new order. This is the quickest way to get the item you want.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@zavurimo.com with your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that were made to your individual specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, for example personalised items with engraving or printing.
