TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by KL Consult UG (haftungsbeschränkt), trading as Zavurimo, Kurfürstendamm 201, 10719 Berlin, Germany, registered in the Commercial Register of the Local Court Charlottenburg under HRB 284557 B. Throughout this website, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zavurimo.

We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available on it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

SECTION 1: SCOPE

These terms apply to all orders placed through zavurimo.com. Our offers are directed at customers with a delivery address in Germany. Any different terms of the customer do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

SECTION 2: USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.

SECTION 3: CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The products shown in our shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to buy the items in your basket. We will then send you an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not yet mean we have accepted your order. The contract is concluded when we send you a separate email confirming dispatch or when we ship the goods.

The language of the contract is English. We store the text of the contract and send you your order details by email. You can also view your past orders in your customer account, if you have one.

SECTION 4: PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in euros and include the statutory German value added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. The payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout. Payment is due immediately when you place your order.

SECTION 5: DELIVERY

We ship to addresses in Germany only. Delivery options, costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment you have already made.

SECTION 6: RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

SECTION 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Full details, including the sample withdrawal form, can be found in our Returns and Refunds policy.

SECTION 8: WARRANTY

The statutory warranty rights apply to all products purchased from us. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@zavurimo.com so that we can sort it out quickly.

SECTION 9: ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We take great care to describe our products and prices correctly. However, mistakes such as typing errors may occasionally happen in product descriptions, prices, availability or delivery information. We reserve the right to correct such errors. Product images are for illustration and the actual item may vary slightly in appearance.

SECTION 10: COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us comments, ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them without obligation to keep them confidential or to pay compensation. You agree that your comments will not violate the rights of others and will not contain unlawful, offensive or harmful content, or any viruses or malware.

SECTION 11: THIRD PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Our website may contain links to websites or tools provided by third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or services. Your use of such websites and tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 12: PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or its content to break any law, infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others, harass or discriminate against anyone, submit false or misleading information, upload viruses or other harmful code, collect personal data of others, send spam or carry out phishing, crawl or scrape our website, or interfere with its security features. We may block your access to our website if you break these rules.

SECTION 13: PERSONAL DATA

SECTION 14: LIABILITY

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you can regularly rely. In such cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, our liability is excluded. These limitations also apply to our managing director, employees and agents.

SECTION 15: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including texts, images, graphics and logos, is the property of Zavurimo or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

SECTION 16: AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

We work hard to keep our website available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website at any time, for example for maintenance or updates.

SECTION 17: SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

SECTION 18: GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

SECTION 19: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a concern, please contact us directly and we will gladly look for a solution together.

SECTION 20: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect at the time you placed it.
