SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Zavurimo. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently ship to addresses within Germany only. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to other countries at this time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Standard Shipping
Cost: free of charge on every order
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Shipping
Cost: 2.95 EUR
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
Your parcel is insured during transit, which gives you extra peace of mind for valuable orders or gifts.

You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays in Germany are not business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates. In rare cases, for example during busy holiday periods or due to delays with the delivery company, your parcel may take a little longer to arrive.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

PRICES AND TAXES

All prices in our shop are final prices and include the statutory German value added tax. As we only ship within Germany, there are no customs duties or additional import fees.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@zavurimo.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer make changes to it.

UNDELIVERABLE OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please let us know at info@zavurimo.com within a few days of delivery, ideally with a photo of the packaging and the item. This helps us resolve the matter quickly with the delivery company. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
